I am not able to select the item(s) I wish to return on the online returns portal?Updated a year ago
If the items are greyed out or unable to be selected, they are not eligible for a return or an exchange. This may be because the order is outside of our 45-day return policy, or the item is an outlet item that is final sale. It will also be greyed out if you already initiated a return or exchange on the item(s).
If you have the option to select Return but are not able to select exchange on the item you are wishing to exchange, the item may be ineligible for an exchange. You can still return your item for a refund if you are able to select Return.
If the size you are wanting is missing or greyed out, it means we do not currently have that size in stock. We apologize for any inconvenience. You can still return your item(s) for a refund.
