Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used to purchase unless you selected the option to refund to a KUIU Gift Card when initiating a return or initiated it as a Gift Return. If you selected a refund to the original payment and still received a gift certificate, it may be because you paid or partially paid for your purchase with a gift certificate.
