Can I make an exchange and a return on the same order?Updated 14 days ago

Yes. When you initiate your return on the returns portal, you can select return or exchange for each item you need to send back. To initiate your return, visit our Returns Portal here. 

Please note: We can only process exchanges for the same product in a different size via the Return Portal. We cannot process exchanges for the same product in a different color, or for an entirely different product.

If you would like a different color or product, we are happy to help you place a new order via phone or email and provide you with free standard shipping on your repurchase order (US only). You will be charged for the new product when it ships. Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund generally within 5-7 business days*.
