How do I return my item(s) purchased in a KUIU Store?Updated a minute ago

You may return your unworn and clean item(s) within 45 days of the purchase date. KUIU Outlet items and Gift Cards are Final Sale and not eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit.

You can return item(s) purchased in-store to the store you purchased it at in person, or you can mail your return back. If you choose to mail your return back, please follow these steps:

1.  Pack up your return (if possible, use the original packaging).

2.  Include a copy of your receipt, your name and phone number inside the package so we can identify your order.

3.  Ship the package to the original purchase location (see addresses below):

4.  Once we receive your package, we will complete the refund to the original form of payment used to purchase. You will receive an email once the refund is completed.
