I have not received my E-Gift card?Updated 8 days ago

If you chose the "Email" option when purchasing the e-Gift Card, both the purchaser and the recipient will receive a separate email with a link to the gift card.

Please note:

  • If you don't see the email in your inbox shortly after placing the order, please check your spam or junk folder.
  • If the purchaser still can't find the email, try searching for the subject line "Your Gift Card Order Has Been Sent"
  • If the recipient still can't find the email, try searching for the subject line "[Purchaser's Name] bought you a KUIU gift card"
  • If you are having issues opening the link of the certificate, please try an alternative browser.


If you chose the "Print" option when purchasing the e-Gift Card, you will receive a separate email from your order confirmation with a link to print the card.

Please note:

  • The link in the email will open a blank page in your browser, and the print menu should automatically pop up from there.
  • If you don't see the email in your inbox shortly after placing the order, please check your spam or junk folder.
  • If you still can't find the email, try searching for the subject line "Action Required: Print [Recipient's Name] Gift Card" in your inbox
