Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, it is generally processed within 5-7 business days (M-F)* from the day we receive your package. We will then refund you to the chosen payment method if a refund is requested or send you out the new size item if a size exchange was initiated provided the chosen size is in stock. You can check your return tracking number to verify the delivery date.&#xA0;&#xA0;*Please Note: During higher volume peak times, such as sales and holidays, returns and exchanges may take longer than normal to process and may be delayed up to 15 business days.*&#xA0;
